First question maybe is why 3 click?

Well…here’s some explanation of our process as a start.

Click 1: Get Quote
It only takes 3clicks and a few minutes to book online with us. Simply insert the location where you need a vehicle and remember to select the box different drop off location  if you want to travel one way. Simply begin to type in the location and the website will auto suggest your options.
We recomend that you leave the Car Group as show all this way you will be shown all the cars that are available.  At Click 2 if no car photographs are displayed then please CHANGE your search date and/or time and possibly location. The website will only display vehicles if they are available and the office is open.


Click 2: Book
The cars shown are the cars available ( able to be requested ), every car hire   company hires it’s cars in car groups. Whenever possible the supplier will   supply the actual car you have chosen, but this can never be guaranteed.   Therefore you may be offered a car from within the same gar group. Most cars in   each car group are similar in size and engine capacity.
The prices dipalyed are the final total cost, there are no hidden extras. Click on the RATE DETAILS link to view what is and what is not included in the price. Also this will display and restrictions there may may to travel across borders. Click on the link VEHICLE DETAILS to view more information on the particular car you have chosen, i.e. Passenger and Luggage capacity. It also displays the other vehicles in this Car Group.
Our online rates typically include: Collision damage waiver,   Theft protection, Third party liability insurance, tax (VAT), unlimited mileage and most location/airport fees (Please see rental conditions).


Click 3: Confirm
Enter your payment details and whenever possible complete each and every question. You may insert a different drivers name to the person who is making the online reservation. If you are not arriving by air, then simply choose airline not shown and enter 0001 below.
Please provide at least your mobile telephone   number, as we may send your confirmation details by TEXT, if there is not enough time for you to receive an email voucher.
The amount described as AMOUNT PAYABLE TODAY is the deposit which will only actually be taken, when the car is confirmed. There is no charge until it is confirmed.
The balance (the total figure less the deposit paid) you pay on arrival.
The credit card used to make the reservation online need not be the same credit card used to pay the balance when you arrive. PLEASE NOTE the driver must have a VALID CREDIT CARD not debit or charge card. Cash is not acceptable by any car hire company, as payment on   arrival. You can cancel  any reservation up to 7 days from the booking date, at no cost to you (see full cancellation terms and conditions). If you do not receive any email notification from us soon after making the online reservation, please check your SPAM/JUNK email folders.
